Our Weekly Training

We meet twice a week for sessions designed to suit all abilities and goals. Whether you're after an easy recovery run, steady miles, or a challenging workout, there's something for everyone.

Monday Runs - 6.30pm

Meeting Point: Booths Supermarket car park, Knutsford

Distances: 5km | 8km | 10km | 12km

Our Monday runs offer a choice of four distances to suit your training needs. Routes and paces are set based on who's attending, so whether you need an easy recovery run or want to push the pace as part of your training plan, we've got you covered.

Run leaders will brief everyone at the start and groups set off together. No one gets left behind!

Wednesday Intervals - 6.30pm

Meeting Point: Varies each week (check the calendar)

Session Type: Structured interval training

Intervals are a brilliant way to build speed, fitness, and mental toughness and they're much more fun in a group! We change location each week to keep things interesting and offer a variety of interval sessions.

Run at your own pace – intervals are designed so everyone can work at their own effort level, making them accessible to all abilities.

Please sign up via Teamo before each session. This helps us plan the right number of run leaders and ensure everyone has a great experience.

Member Races

One of the best things about being part of Knutsford Runners is the community spirit, and that extends beyond our weekly training sessions to race day!

Many of our members take part in races throughout the year, from local 5ks and parkruns to marathons and ultra-distance events. To help us stay connected and support each other, we maintain a shared races calendar where members can see what events others are doing.
