We're applying to England Athletics to become an affiliated club, aiming for affiliation in spring 2026.
What this means for our club:
Individual Affiliation - Available to Members
As a member of Knutsford Runners, you'll have the option to become individually affiliated with England Athletics (estimated £20/year).
Benefits of individual EA affiliation include:
Individual affiliation is optional but highly recommended if you race regularly. We'll provide all the details on how to sign up once we're fully affiliated.
We're guided by Sport England's definition of sports equity: "fairness in sport, equality of access, recognising inequalities and taking steps to address them."
This isn't just a statement, it's how we operate. From the way we structure our sessions to how we welcome new members, inclusivity is at our heart.
