Ready to Run With Us?

Whether you're getting back into running, training for a goal, or just want to meet like-minded people, we'd love to welcome you to Knutsford Runners.

How to Join

Step 1: Get in Touch

Email us at Info@KnutsfordRunners.co.uk to express your interest. Let us know a bit about yourself and your running experience (or lack of it, that's absolutely fine!).

Step 2: Try Us Out

Come along to a few sessions as a guest, your first few runs are free. This gives you a chance to meet the team, experience our sessions and see if we're the right fit for you.

Step 3: Become a Member

Once you're ready to join, our Membership Secretary will send you a link to sign up via our club management system, Teamo. You'll also be added to our WhatsApp groups so you can stay connected with the club.

Membership Fees

£5 per month

Your membership gives you access to both weekly training sessions, support from our qualified run leaders, and a brilliant community of runners.

Knutsford Tri Club Members: As part of your KTC membership, you have free access to our Monday runs. You'll still need to register via Teamo (our booking system) to reserve your place each week, just email us at Info@KnutsfordRunners.co.uk and we'll get you set up at no cost.

Want Wednesday intervals too? You can upgrade to full Knutsford Runners membership for just £2.50 per month (50% discount).

England Athletics Affiliation: From spring 2026 you'll also have the option to become individually affiliated with England Athletics (anticipated to be £20/year) for additional benefits including race discounts and rankings.

What To Expect

All abilities welcome – We have runners of all paces and experience levels. Whether you can run 5k or 15k, we'll have a group for you.

Supportive environment – Our run leaders and members are here to encourage and motivate, not to judge. Everyone was a beginner once!

Flexible commitment – Life gets busy. Run when you can, and don't worry if you need to miss sessions.

Social as well as sporty – Yes, we love running, but we also love a chat, a coffee, and celebrating each other's achievements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit to join?

Not at all! We have groups for all abilities and paces. If you can run 5k (even slowly), you'll fit right in.

What if I've never run with a club before?

Even better—we love introducing people to club running. Our run leaders will make sure you feel welcome and comfortable from day one.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, running shoes, and weather-appropriate kit. We recommend bringing water, especially in warmer months and in the dark months please wear high-vis and running lights.

When can I start?

Any time! Just email us and come along to the next session that suits you.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Most people do! You'll soon get to know everyone.

What if I can't commit to every week?

No problem. Come when you can—there's no pressure.
